I am not afraid to admit I am a 38-year-old Crock Pot Virgin. I've always liked the idea of crock pot cooking, but leaving a cooking appliance turned on goes against every safety-conscious bone in my body. But, I decided to finally embark on this new adventure - mostly because I now work from home and can keep my eye on the crock pot. So, join me as I learn to appreciate having home cooked meals thanks to my new Crock Pot!
